the account becomes active. You can follow the progress of your

a skip tracing system so we can update their contact information.

efforts include letters and calling cycles. Once your customer
is contacted, a specialist will seek to understand your customer’s

Services are available for non-responsive accounts.
(4) We will urge your customer to make payment
in full or negotiate a payment arrangement. Debtors that do
not have a checking account or credit card are submitted to
our partial payment arrangement department where a payment schedule
is arranged. Monthly follow up is continued to ensure your customer
honors their commitment.
