ACH Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Pay
Pal, Money Gram, Western Union, Money Order.
2.) When should we place our accounts

Our clients have found it most effective to place their accounts
as soon as they become delinquent. Delinquent accounts of less

to place accounts?
A contract is required under state laws. This contract authorizes
us as a third party to collect your delinquent accounts.
4.) How much does it cost to use your
service?
There are no setup costs. We work accounts on a contingency
basis and keep a percentage of monies collected.
5.) What kinds of accounts are your collectors
trained to work?
We typically have specialized collectors for different product
types. These collectors are trained on the products they are
assigned to work.
6.) Do you train your associates in the
FDCPA and state regulations?
All associates are required to take and pass and FDCPA test
prior to being considered for hire. In addition, associates
are tested on a regular basis, monitored and reviewed.
