1.) What forms of payments do you offer?
ACH Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Pay Pal, Money Gram, Western Union, Money Order.

2.) When should we place our accounts for collections?
Our clients have found it most effective to place their accounts as soon as they become delinquent. Delinquent accounts of less than 90 days typically produce greater returns.

3.) Do I need to sign a binding contract to place accounts?
A contract is required under state laws. This contract authorizes us as a third party to collect your delinquent accounts.

4.) How much does it cost to use your service?
There are no setup costs. We work accounts on a contingency basis and keep a percentage of monies collected.

5.) What kinds of accounts are your collectors trained to work?
We typically have specialized collectors for different product types. These collectors are trained on the products they are assigned to work.

6.) Do you train your associates in the FDCPA and state regulations?
All associates are required to take and pass and FDCPA test prior to being considered for hire. In addition, associates are tested on a regular basis, monitored and reviewed.

7.) Are you members of any organizations?
We are members of The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA), Financial Service Centers of America (FISCA), Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, The Florida Collector's Association (FCA), CBC Innovis, Experian, TransUnion, National Apartment Association (NAA) and Equifax.
